PEER 1 HIRES G2M

Toronto-based G2M Strategic Public Relations and Communications has been appointed PR agency of record by Peer 1 Network of Vancouver. Peer 1 is a provider of Internet bandwidth and server co-location facilities that also has offices in Toronto, Montreal and New York. G2M will develop and execute a North American communications program for Peer 1 that will include media and analyst relations, marketing communications, speaking engagements and corporate communications counsel. The campaign will be aimed at the financial, trade and corporate audiences, according to the agency. "We needed a PR firm with a clear understanding of our technology, our business and the industry trends driving our market space," said Peer 1 president and CEO Geoff Hampson. "G2M demonstrated the knowledge and experience we need to communicate our messages to our stakeholders."
