FOISY JOINS MARKETEL

Claude Foisy has been hired by Montreal-based Marketel as vice president of client services and account manager for Rogers AT&T and Maybelline. Foisy was previously senior director of marketing and communications for Rogers AT&T in Quebec. Prior to that he spent eight years at Bell Mobility, most recently as director of communications for Quebec. He has also held various positions at Bétonel, Frito-Lay and Procter and Gamble. Foisy will take up his position at Marketel toward the end of summer, according to the company.
