LEO BURNETT ADDS TO TORONTO, MONTREAL OFFICES

Leo Burnett has appointed Elsie Fehr and Arthur Shah creative group heads, effective June 10. Fehr and Shah join the agency's Toronto office from Zig. Nicholas Léfèbvre has joined the agency's Montreal office as vice-president of agency development. Léfèbvre was previously director of account service and strategic development at APEX Communication Marketing Inc.
