DANONE INTRODUCES YOGURT WITH CEREALS

Danone Canada of Boucherville, PQ is promoting its new yogurt, called Silhouette from Danone with 6 Cereals, with a national advertising campaign featuring actress Sophie Lorain. The multimedia campaign was created by St-Jacques Vallée Young & Rubicam and includes television and radio advertising, in-store promotions and public relations by Fleishman-Hillard Canada. The product consists of fat-free yogurt combined with six full-grain cereals. The television creative depicts Lorain shopping in a clothing store. As she examines a red dress, a salesperson suggests a slimming black dress instead. The ads are intended to illustrate the importance of having confidence in yourself and being happy with who you are, according to Danone. The campaign begins this week and runs until April.
