BODY SHOP INTRODUCES CUSTOMER CLUB

Toronto-based The Body Shop has started a new customer relationship program. The "Know Your Mind. Love Your Body" club offers members a 10% discount on all regularly-priced merchandise for one year as well as updates on local and national programs and promotions. Membership in the club costs $15. Customers can choose to receive updates by email, telephone or mail. In-store materials, including posters and cards, are promoting the program. Created by Sisu, the design division of Toronto-based Holmes and Lee, the materials display statements including "Welcome to the club where every body gets a '10'" and "Add your voice to make a difference." The club was conceived by The Body Shop and developed and implemented by its PR agency Strategic Objectives of Toronto.
