MULTI-VISION TO PUBLISH NEW FASHION MAGAZINE

Toronto-based Multi-Vision Publishing, publishers of Elm Street magazine, will introduce a new fashion and beauty magazine on March 2. The Look will be published twice a year in the spring and fall. It will have a circulation of 300,000 and will be distributed in the National Post as well as sold at newsstands. David Livingstone, fashion and beauty editor of Elm Street, has been appointed editor-in-chief. Elm Street's art director, Eng Lau, will handle the same work for The Look. Lilia Lozinski, senior vice-president and group publisher of Multi-Vision, said The Look will be a brand extension of Elm Street, which is published six times a year and is aimed at urban, educated women 25 to 54 years of age. The premiere of The Look will be supported with newspaper and television advertising created in-house.
