By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based Sheena's Place, a support centre for people affected by eating disorders, unveiled creative materials for its new prevention campaign on Friday at the centre's first annual Sheena's Place Awareness Breakfast. The national campaign was created pro bono by Toronto-based Zig. It will break in the spring, aimed at parents and caregivers of children 8 to 12 years of age. The campaign's animated creative features two characters called "Hansel" and "Gretel". The ads seek to illustrate the relationship between self-esteem, body image and eating disorders. The print and television executions bear the tagline, "Stop eating disorders before they start."
