BRAVO! BEGINS PARTNERS PROGRAM

Bravo! has officially launched its arts sponsorship program called Bravo!Partners. First tested earlier this year, the program pairs the specialty station with a Canadian arts group. The two then build a multi-media package for a specific client. The package includes corporate sponsorship of a specific event and on-air sponsorship of related programming on Bravo! Past groups Bravo has worked with include The Canadian Film Centre and its World Wide Short Film Festival, which was sponsored by Sun Life Financial, and The Shaw Festival which was sponsored by Royal Bank Financial. The new program also offers the participating arts group a media partnership with Bravo! for the live event. The arts group gets an on-air promo and an on-air Bravo! Speaker's Corner segment, both of which run for four weeks prior to the live event. The arts group also gets a presence on Bravo!'s Web site at <http://www.bravo.ca> as well as a micro site to promote the event. "The arts community has been in need of creative executions and broader advertising tools to expand upon their sponsorship offerings to a potential sponsor," said Victoria Wisdom, executive director of Bravo!Partners. "In turn, the advertising community requires unique and effective opportunities to compliment their marketing and sales initiatives. Bravo!Partners bridges the gap."
