CLEARY CANADIAN POURS SAMPLING CAMPAIGN INTO U.S.

Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation is running a summer marketing campaign for its Reebok Fitness Water in certain U.S markets. The Vancouver-based beverage company created the Reebok-branded drink this spring through a licensing agreement with Reebok International of Canton, MA. The marketing campaign involves a sampling program from Infinity Promotions Group of Seattle, WA. Marketers wearing Reebok apparel and travelling in a specially designed Reebok Fitness Water van will distribute bottles of the drink as well as other Reebok merchandise and prizes to consumers in New York, Boston, Birmingham, St. Louis, Phoenix, Portland and Seattle. The van will target consumers at major sporting events, retail outlets and Reebok-sponsored events in each of the markets. Clearly Canadian plans to launch Reebok Fitness Water, which comes in natural, berry and citrus flavours, in Canada next year.
