REACTINE UNPLUGS FOR CONCERT TOUR

Pfizer Canada, maker of over-the-counter allergy medication Reactine, began a promotional outdoor concert series in Toronto yesterday in support of allergy awareness month, which is May. Reactine's Unplugged Tour will travel to various locations in downtown Toronto this week where the Reactine Freedom band will perform summertime hits including the song "All I Need is the Air That I Breath," currently featured in Reactine's "Au Naturel" television advertising campaign. "Fifty-two per cent of all allergy sufferers begin experiencing symptoms in mid-May," said Reactine brand manager Michael Smith. "Through our Reactine Unplugged Tour, we're offering a little Reactine relief, so we can all get outdoors and enjoy some freedom this summer." The tour will also make stops in Vancouver and Montreal. Public relations for Reactine are handled by Strategic Objectives. Advertising is done by Taxi Advertising & Design. Both of these agencies are based in Toronto.
