WASSERMAN GOES TO WORK FOR WCB
By Adnews Staff
Vancouver's Wasserman & Partners Advertising has been named agency of record for British Columbia's Workers Compensation Board. The appointment follows an agency review conducted late last year. The incumbent was the Vancouver office of Cossette Communication-Marketing, which had handled the account for the past five years. Wasserman's contract is for a three-year term plus two optional one-year renewals. The agency will be responsible for WCB's paid media program which includes TV, radio, print and outdoor elements. Scott McCloy, director of communications for the WCB, said the program will focus on two issues: accident prevention in the workplace and return-to-work rehabilitation.
