CYBERSIGHT ACQUIRES TORONTO DM AGENCY

Internet professional service firm CyberSight has acquired MDLM Martin's Direct & Loyalty Marketing Inc., a Toronto-based direct marketing agency that specializes in loyalty programs and customer relationship marketing services. Financial details were not disclosed. MDLM's client roster includes TD Asset Management, Volvo Canada, Plesman Publications, General Electric Appliances and Holt Renfrew Canada. As a result of the acquisition, MDLM will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of CyberSight, operating as CyberSight's North American direct and loyalty marketing practice. Martin Jeffery, president and CEO of MDLM, will serve as CyberSight's vice-president of direct and loyalty marketing. CyberSight, based in Portland, OR, operates offices in Toronto, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tacoma and Irvine, California. The firm is majority-owned by Toronto-based MDC Corporation and its subsidiary Maxxcom Inc.
