Extreme Fitness has announced the appointment of John O'Meara as the company's new chief operating officer. O'Meara joins the company from Bally in the U.S. where he held several management and supervisory positions. In his new role, O'Meara will oversee the strategic direction of the club as well as the launch of new marketing and sales strategies.

The Rock Radio Network has announced the addition of radio commentator Maureen Holloway to its team. Holloway will join the company in June when she will launch a soon to be announced national radio feature. Holloway is best known for her role as the host of "Other Peoples Business" a daily commentary heard on Standard's MIX stations in the Toronto and Montreal markets.

DBA Communications has announced the appointment of Deborah Wilson as senior consultant and the promotion of Tania Ensor to vice president. Wilson joins the consultancy from Pricewaterhouse Coopers where she worked as manager in the national marketing and communications department. Ensor, who joined DBA three years ago, was promoted to her new position from senior consultant.
