Q107 PRESENTS GUYS GARAGE 2 - THE SEQUEL

Toronto-based radio station Q107 has brought back the ultimate contest for its listeners with the launch of "Guys Garage 2 - The Sequel". The promotional contest first ran last fall and featured a grand prize of a garage full of stuff "she won't let you buy". This year, by popular demand, the station has brought back the contest. To enter, listeners simply call in at the sound of "The Nagging Wife." The 107th caller through instantly wins Blue Jays tickets and AMC movie passes as well as a key that may open the garage. This year the guys garage comes complete with a games room, a 2000 home audio system, big screen TV, satellite system, golf clubs and a years supply of golf balls, golf and ski membership to Horseshoe Valley Resort, Softub hot tub, a complete set of power tools, a 2000 millennium Corvette and more. On-air promotion is supporting the contest. Listeners can also enter by finding the picture of the "Nagging Wife" in the Sunday Sun and listen to call in and identify what page the picture is on. The contest runs until April 14, 2000. Q107 is also teaming up with General Motors and The Toronto Sun to create a guys garage at the Toronto Auto Show February 18-27th where listeners can see the 2000 Millennium Corvette and register to win daily prizes including one of three Chevy Tracers.
