HUMPTY'S GOES STRAIGHT TO THE HART IN NEW COMMERCIAL

Humpty's Restaurants International Inc. of Calgary has announced its first commercial endorsement contract. The chain of family restaurants has signed WCW heavyweight wrestling champion Bret "The Hitman" Hart to a one-year commercial endorsement contract. Currently Humpty's operates 60 locations from Thunder Bay, Ontario west to Victoria. As part of the contract Hart will appear in one television commercial scheduled to run in Western Canada in March, April, September, October and November. The spot will feature a championship match between Hart and the Humpty's character which is used to promote the brand. Advertising for Humpty's is done in-house.
