By Adnews Staff
Radisson Hotels & Resorts Worldwide is giving members of its customer relationship program gold star treatment. Radisson Gold Rewards customers will earn one free night at a Radisson hotel when they stay at participating hotels in the chain three times before the end of May. In conjunction with the free night promotion, the hotel also announced plans to expand its Gold Rewards program globally in Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region later this year. Currently gold points are earned at Radisson hotels in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean. The Radisson Gold Rewards program allows customers to earn 2,000 gold points or 500 airline miles for each Radisson stay. Customers can enroll in the program at any Radisson hotel in North America and the Caribbean or through its Web site at <http://www.radisson.com>. For the next two months, print ads running in The Globe and Mail and National Post will be promoting the free night offer. In addition to the print advertising, Radisson is launching a direct mail campaign to 100,000 American Express Membership Rewards customers. Advertising for Radisson is done in-house.
