SUBWAY FINDS DEXTER'S LABORATORY IN FALL PROMOTION

SUBWAY of Milford, Connecticut is tuning into Dexter's Laboratory for an experimental promotion. The sandwich chain is launching a fall promotion featuring four toys based on the cartoon Dexter's Laboratory with its SUBWAY Kids Pak meal. Included in the Kids Pak meal is Dexter's Measurer, Dexter's Torpedo Soaker, Dexter's Writing Tablet and Dee Dee's Launcher. Dexter, a boy genius with a laboratory hidden in his bedroom, can usually be found sitting in his lab. His sister Dee Dee, usually dressed in her ballet outfit, always finds her way into his lab and innocently upsets his experiments. The promotion, being supported with in-store point-of-purchase materials created by Publicis Hal Riney & Partners of Chicago, also features a contest. The "Dexter's Super Computer Giveaway" features a grand prize of a "super" computer complete with DVD equipment and all of the Dexter's Laboratory episodes on DVD. A television spot, supporting the promotion, is also available for U.S. and Canadian markets.
