MICROSOFT CANADA GETS INTO THE SPIRIT OF GIVING

Microsoft Canada of Mississauga, Ontario is donating one copy of its Encarta Reference Suite 2000 or the French-language Collection Encarta 2000 to a buyer's school of choice when they purchase the same software suite for themselves in a retail outlet. The offer is being promoted with donation direction form stickers attached to Encarta Reference Suite 2000 and Collection Encarta 2000 boxes available in retail outlets across Canada. Customers are encouraged to choose a school in their area to receive the software suite. If they are not familiar with schools in their local area, they can have Microsoft Canada choose a school for them. The English software suite includes Encarta Encyclopedia Deluxe 2000, Encarta Interactive World Atlas 2000, Encarta World English Dictionary and Encarta Online Deluxe. The French version includes Encyclopedie Encarta Deluxe 2000 and Atlas Mondial Encarta 2000. The donation program expires May 31, 2000 with all donations being made to Canadian schools governed by a provincial education statute.
