NEW SITE LETS CONSUMERS "RANT AND RAVE"

Reality Click Inc. of Toronto will give Canadian consumers an opportunity to "rant and rave" when its site debuts this Sunday. Realityclick.com's purpose is to invite consumers to share both positive and negative experiences, ideas, questions, criticism and compliments about any company, brand or organization worldwide. Realityclick.com will then re-direct any comments to appropriate executives and report their responses. The site is headed by president and co-founder Patrick Folliott. Its launch date was purposely scheduled to coincide with the largest holiday shopping season of the year. The public Web site is one component of the Realityclick brand. According to Folliot, individual companies are also licensing the Realityclick brand for their own sites, to create customizable online dialogue sessions. The Realityclick.com Web site was designed by Momentum Business Systems of Toronto. Advertising for the site will begin in the new year, created by Toronto-based Encore Encore Strategic Marketing, Realityclick's advertising and promotional agency-of-record.
