MINISTRY OF HEALTH AWARDS CREATIVE SERVICES AND AD ACCOUNTS

The Ontario Advertising Review Board has announced that agency decisions have been made in both ongoing competitions for the Ministry of Health accounts. The ministry launched both an advertising agency and a creative services agency review in March of this year. The advertising account has been awarded to Toronto-based Wolf Group following a competition that included BBDO Canada, Bensimon Byrne D'Arcy, Draft Worldwide (formerly The Gingko Group) and MacPhee & Partners. Wolf Group will provide services for the ministry's public information activities. The ministry's creative services account has been awarded to four Toronto shops: Yield (formerly The Image Group), MacPhee & Partners, Scott Thornley & Co. and Fuel Advertising. The four were shortlisted with Anderson Advertising, MacLaren McCann, Adcom Advertising & Design and Visualinx Communications. The chosen four shops will provide creative production, audio visual services, promotional services, exhibit services, desk-top publishing, French language services, new media and other creative services.
