U.S.-based IBM has signed a marketing agreement with Devlin Applied Design, a subsidiary of Envoy Communications Group, to jointly market Devlin's Decision Room application. Devlin announced the availability of the online collaboration tool last month. Decision Room allows team members, business partners, clients and customers to work together in password-protected Web sites. Under the terms of the agreement, IBM will jointly market Decision Room through its Web site <http://www.ibm.com/smallbusiness>, its sales force and through business associations and alliances. Decision Room allows information to be sent or received, issues discussed and decisions made without anyone needing to leave their desk. The online meeting room will be available to small business as a rentable application for $19.95 US per user per month. Devlin has developed customized versions of Decision Room for 18 specific markets including: advertising agencies, associations, design, event planners, interior design and public relations firms. In addition to Devlin, Envoy's holdings include: the Communiqué Group, New York-based ad agency Hampel Stefanides and The Watt Group.
