TRAVELOCITY.CA BOARDS VIA RAIL TO RIDE THE RAILS

Online travel service Travelocity.ca and Montreal-based VIA Rail Canada have announced a Ride The Rails promotion. The promotion gives Canadians a chance to win a trip for two on VIA Rail's Western Transcontinental train with a stop over at the Jasper Park Lodge in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The promotion, running until December 10, 1999, gives Canadians a chance to register to win the grand prize trip when they sign up for a free membership with the Travelocity.ca Web site. The online entry form includes contest questions about VIA Rail Canada, Travelocity.ca and Canadian trivia. The Ride the Rails promotion is being promoted on Travelocity.ca's Web site and through a direct email campaign to Travelocity.ca's members.
