SEARS WISH BOOK OFFERING ROOTS MERCHANDISE

Sears Canada of Toronto has announced a new relationship with Toronto-based retailer Roots, that will see the availability of Roots apparel through the Sears Christmas 1999 Wish Book. Roots merchandise will be featured in a special seven page, fold-out section of the Wish Book catalogue. Merchandise available will include Roots logo apparel for women, men and children, cosmetics and fragrances, jewelry and watches. Also available and exclusive to Sears, is the Roots millennium T-shirt. The new availability of Roots merchandise is being supported with in-store signage as well as being included in Sears' national pre-print program that will launch in September. Print advertising for Sears in created in-house. Sears Catalogues are distributed to over 4 million households across Canada. The 1999 Sears Christmas Wish Book is available next month.
