ZEERO INC. GOING BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES FOR FOOT LOCKER

Zeero Inc. of Toronto has completed the development of several promotions for Foot Locker also of Toronto, including the design of the athletic retail chain's overall in-store signage and a back-to-school program called "Break Beyond the Boundaries". The creative features photographs of sports, music and youth to illustrate the lifestyles of young people. The programs, which include a pager giveaway contest, rebate coupon promotion and kids size guarantee, will launch throughout August at all 145 Foot Locker stores across Canada. Elements in the programs include: window banners, ceiling banners, leaseline signs, capper cards, shelf strips and a print advertisement running in Access magazine, a music magazine distributed in music stores. "We really wanted to push the limits with the new programs," Foot Locker's visual merchandising manager Barb Mallin said in a release. "We had a strong technical sportswear message that needed to be communicated to our core, culturally progressive, young customers.
