WCJ RESTRUCTURES IN PURSUIT OF "NEXT-GENERATION" SERVICES

Wunderman Cato Johnson of Toronto has completed a company restructuring program designed to help the agency evolve into a "next-generation" marketing services company. The agency has integrated its traditional processes with its Internet services. The restructuring follows the recent development of new global practices at parent company WCJ Worldwide of New York. Under the restructuring Roger Broad joins WCJ in Toronto as director of database marketing. Broad will be responsible for identifying database opportunities and analysing findings to assist clients in targeting their customers. David Feldt, as director of e-business solutions, will work with WCJ clients at integrating e-business solutions into current product offerings. Teleservice programs and development opportunities will be implemented by Terry Pruner, vice-president of telemedia operations. WCJ Canada was established in 1972. The direct marketing agency currently serves clients in the entertainment, telecom, financial services, retail, automotive, insurance, healthcare and packaged goods industries.
