FUTURESTEP EXPANDS AD CAMPAIGN TO TORONTO AND LONDON
By Adnews Staff
Futurestep of Los Angeles is expanding the radio and print advertising campaign that it launched in the United States last year to Toronto and London. Futurestep is an Internet-based executive recruiting service created through a strategic alliance between Korn/Ferry International and The Wall Street Journal. The service is establishing European and Canadian headquarters through which it will expand its campaign in each region. According to Futurestep, focus group studies showed that people's career desires in London and Toronto varied little from their U.S. counterparts. As a result, only minor changes have been made to the U.S. ads promoting Futurestep's global opportunities for candidates. The campaign was created by Kalis & Savage of Los Angeles and began running in Canada at the beginning of June. Print ads are running in The Globe & Mail and National Post newspapers and radio spots are running on stations including CFRB-AM and CHFI-FM. Outdoor and transit advertising are being used as well. The campaign is scheduled to run for six weeks, ending in early August.
