HILTON CANADA AND MISSING CHILDREN'S NETWORK TEAM UP
By Adnews Staff
Hilton Canada has announced an alliance with the Missing Children's Network Canada that will help families during a time when a child is missing. According to the 1997 and 1998 RCMP Reports on Missing Children, 1 in 7 children recovered are found after being recognized from a missing children's poster. Recognizing this fact, every Hilton in Canada will post missing children posters in its public areas. The exposure will reach travellers who register in Hiltons across Canada, as well as those who pass through to attend conventions, meetings and social functions. Hiltons in Canada will also be offering free accommodations to families and Missing Children's Network staff travelling to find missing children. The hotel chain will also link its website to the Missing Children's Network's site. Another element of this alliance is the Hilton's Vacation Station Program. Entering its third year, the program is designed to assist families in maximizing their leisure time together by offering special hotel benefits and services. Participating Hiltons include the Hilton Montreal Aeroport, the Hilton Montreal Bonaventure, the Hilton Quebec, the Hilton Saint John, the Hilton Toronto Airport, the Hilton Toronto, the Hilton Windsor and the Hilton London, Ontario.
