HUDSON BAY AND XEROX START TAKING KIDS TO WORK

Hudson Bay Company and Xerox - The Document Company have joined The Scotiabank Group as lead sponsors for the Take Our Kids to Work program. Take Our Kids to Work is a national program organized by The Learning Partnership, a not-for-profit organization with four major objectives: encouraging students to stay in school, helping prepare students for the transition from the classroom to the workplace, providing opportunities for students to read, write and think and promoting careers in science and technology. The program was launched five years ago and will take place this year in November. Promotion of the program is done through three methods: information guides, prints ads in newspapers and on transit lines and through radio spots. Advertising for the program is done by Cossette Communications Marketing of Toronto. Media relations are handled by Opsis Communications of Toronto.
