Paul Temple has joined Pelmorex Communications as senior vice president of corporate development. Most recently Temple was executive vice president and general manager for Rogers Cablesystems' Greater Toronto Area operation. Ray McManus has joined Cohn & Wolfe of Toronto as a counsellor in the agency's technology practice. Prior to this, McManus worked as communications manager at Inmarsat. Also joining the agency as a counsellor is Andre Mazerolle. Most recently, he was account manager at Mainstay Communications of Toronto.
