SES TO TAKE ITS MARKET RESEARCH KIOSK NATIONAL

SES Research of Toronto wants to put its Automated Survey Kiosks in the stores of more retailers. Currently, the company is in negotiations with a major national retailer and a car manufacturer to put the kiosk in their locations. The kiosks have been in Staples and Business Depot stores for about a year. The Automated Survey Kiosk is a touch screen, multimedia, multilingual wireless device that collects consumer market research. Users can give their opinions in any language, on any topic, as often as needed. The data is forwarded by telecommunications link from the point of interview to SES, where the data is compiled, analyzed and immediately forwarded to a manager's desktop computer. Data can be collected simultaneously from multiple kiosk sites. Changes to the survey questions or graphics can be made by remote at any time.
