U.S. SHOPPERS TO SPEND OVER 1 BILLION ONLINE

U.S consumers are expected to spend $1.1 billion buying merchandise online during the Christmas season, according to eMarketer of New York. Online holiday spending will account for 29% of the total U.S. consumer e-commerce revenue expected for the year, which is $3.8 billion. The $1.1 billion still only represents .6% of total retail spending during November and December.
