NEW TOY MAKES ALL KIDS REMBRANDTS

Make and Play Concepts Inc. of Toronto is trying get children to turn on their creative minds. The company recently launched a new activity kit called My Little Rembrandt. The toy allows users to create family tree, draw portraits of family members and design customized frames for their portraits. The kit includes blank portrait sheets and frames to color, a memory book, a portrait drawing technique sheet, tubes of glitter glue in green, gold and silver, as well as washable markers. My Little Rembrandt will be promoted using PR handled by Special Assignment Inc. of Toronto. Make and Play has four products on the market, available coast-to-coast in The Bay and Sears Canada outlets, as well as in local specialty toy retailers.
