URBAN OUTDOOR DEALING WITH HAMILTON STRIKE

Urban Outdoor Trans Ad of Toronto is helping advertisers who planned to promote their products and services on Hamilton's city transit system revise their plans. The transit system has been on strike for two weeks and, at this point, there is no end in sight. Urban Outdoor president Ron Hutchinson told Adnews last week that advertisers are changing their advertising plans, possibly adding advertising time to the end of a campaign if the ads are not time sensitive. If the ads are time sensitive, advertisers will be given a credit.
