CMA PUBLISHES DIRECT MARKETING HANDBOOK

The Canadian Marketing Association has published a new guide to help companies build customer relationships. Called the Canadian Direct Marketing Handbook II, Building Customer Relationships, the book contains case studies, and actual examples of advertising, direct mail and electronic communications campaigns that have delivered measurable results. The book is available in stores, and it can be purchased through the CMA.
