GREY LAUNCHES BRANDING AGENCY

The Grey Worldwide Group of Companies has established a Canadian agency that will help clients build their brands. Called War Paint Brand Directions of Toronto, the firm will work with clients having problems with their brand by handling consumer insight and integration strategy. Clients can either take the strategy back to their own agency, or War Paint will handle creative through its affiliation with Grey's network of agencies. Bill Booth has joined the agency as insight engineer. Most recently he was at BBDO Canada of Toronto as account planning national director. Dan Peppler is the creative consultant. He was previously CEO and creative director at Doner Schur Peppler of Toronto (now Doner Canada). Susan Charles is integration strategist. Formerly she was advertising director for Bell Canada.
