Leo Burnett Co. of Toronto has made some changes at the office. Mitch Faigan has moved over to the agency's interactive division as an account supervisor. Most recently he was in the client services department as account supervisor of the Kellogg Canada business. Liz O'Neil has been promoted from account executive to account supervisor in the interactive division, while Chris Liota has become Web media planner/buyer. Previously he was on the client service side as media planner/buyer. Tim Doyle has joined Leo Burnett's interactive division as copywriter. Formerly he held the same position at Cossette Communication-Marketing of Toronto. Eve Herling is now at the agency as assistant account executive. She was most recently a graduate of Wilfred Laurier University. Anne Byberg and Michelle Milos have moved up from assistant account executives to account executives on the Procter & Gamble and Kellogg business respectively. Lee Billinkoff, Marya Tabbara and Jeremy Morris have joined the agency's Black Pencil Academy, which is the division for recent university graduates. The three are assistant account executives working on the P&G and Kellogg accounts. In the client services department, Tim Binkley has moved up from account executive to account supervisor, while Nathalie Burstein-Woods has been promoted from account director to account supervisor.
