LEVER POND'S GETS CONSUMERS READY FOR FLU SEASON

Lever Pond's of Toronto is reminding consumers that they have to keep their hands clean to avoid getting the flu and common cold over the colder months. The company will launch a campaign next month to promote its Sunlight 2 in 1 product, a dishwashing liquid and antibacterial hand soap. The campaign will use print ads and in-store materials. In addition, Sunlight 2 in 1 will be incorporated into TV ads for the entire line of Sunlight products. The campaign will be created by Ammirati & Puris/Lintas of Toronto. Langdon Starr Ketchum of Toronto is handling PR. Lever Pond's says washing your hands properly will help prevent colds and flues. The company launched Sunlight 2 in 1 in January 1997.
