STARBUCKS ADDS MILD COFFEE TO MENU

Starbucks Coffee Co. of Seattle added four new coffee treats to its North American menu this week that offer customers a lighter and milder taste. Called Milder Dimensions, the coffees are available in four blends, three regular roasts and one decaffeinated. They are: Breakfast Blend, Serenade Blend, LightNote Blend and Decaf LightNote Blend. Starbucks plans to promote the new coffees with media advertising later this month. The company will release ad details at that time. Canadian advertising for Starbucks is handled by Echo Advertising of Toronto. Canadian PR is done by the GCI Group of Toronto. Starbucks is a specialty coffee retailer with cafes throughout North America. In addition, the company's foodservice division serves fine dining, food service, travel and hotel accounts.
