CHINESE CANADIAN ENTREPRENEUR CONFERENCE

The Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto will host a three-day business conference for Chinese Canadian entrepreneurs from Sept. 24 to 26 in Toronto. The goals of the conference are to promote entrepreneurship in the Chinese Canadian community, to encourage new business set up and to identify available resources and tools for business growth. Municipal government officials will be on hand to explain the resources available to small and medium-sized businesses. Educational seminars will be conducted by government and business associations, as well as by entrepreneurs. Other organizers of the event are the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs, the Centre of Entrepreneurship, Centennial College and the Mississauga Chinese Business Association.
