Dana Siebert has been named worldwide sales, marketing and services executive vice-president at Symantec Corp. of Cupertino, California. Most recently she was international sales director at Think Technologies. Keith Robinson has been promoted from sales vice-president for the Americas region to vice-president of the same region. He will be responsible for sales, marketing and customer services in North and South America. David Marcus has joined IBM Canada of Markham, Ont. as managing principal of the company's Retail Consumer Consulting Practice. The unit will provide a range of consulting services including business strategy, business transformation, change management, as well as IT strategy and planning.

MacPhee Jesson Advertising & Public Relations of Toronto has added some new faces around the office. Trevor Campbell has joined the agency as account manager on the public relations side. Most recently he managed community relations and fundraising at Scadding Court Community Centre. Stephanie Krisfalusi is now account coordinator at MacPhee Jesson. Previously she worked at the Laurentian Bank of Canada. Patricia Silk is a new account manager. Formerly she was community relations officer at Big Brothers of Peel Region. Christian Wolters has joined MacPhee Jesson as media planner/buyer. He most recently graduated from Humber College's Advertising Media Sales program.
