FOUR SEASONS SWITCHES MEDIA ACCOUNT TO CANADA

U.S.-based Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Ltd. has moved its worldwide media planning and buying account to Leo Burnett's Toronto office. The business was most recently with the agency's Hong Kong office, but Four Seasons decided to switch the account because the time difference between Hong Kong and the U.S. was causing a problem, agency group media director Steve Meraska told Adnews yesterday. The budget for the account is estimated at up to $7 million(US). Four Seasons manages 42 hotels and resorts in 18 countries mainly under the Four Seasons and Regent brand names.
