John Lacey will join the Oshawa Group of Toronto as CEO on Sept. 8. Currently, he holds the same position at Vancouver-based WIC Western International Communications. The Oshawa Group operates a group of supermarkets under such banners as IGA and Price Choppers. Lacey has also worked at Scott's Hospitality as president, operations vice-president at Loblaws Cos. and headed up Beaver Lumber.
