Chris Heatherington has joined Young & Rubicam's Calgary office as co-creative director. Most recently he was creative director and managing partner at Planet Creative Inc. Peggy Boyle is now at Y&R's Toronto office as strategic planner. Previously she was senior market analyst at Purolator Courier Ltd. Boyle has also worked at the CTV Television Network as senior research analyst. Perry Beatty has been appointed information technology director at Y&R Toronto. Formerly he was systems supervisor with the City of Toronto's Parks and Recreation Department. Catherine Mathers has taken on a full-time position at the agency as account coordinator, working on the Ford and Mercury Dealers Association business. She has been an intern at Y&R in Toronto for the past year. Caroline Davis is now at Environics Communications of Toronto as technology consultant. She will work with such clients as Toshiba of Canada, Xerox Canada, Yahoo! Canada, 3Com Canada, Creative Labs, Macromedia and McClelland & Stewart. Most recently Davis was an account executive at Fleishman-Hillard of Toronto. Vivienne Singer has joined GCI Group of Toronto as a consultant working on the Dietitians of Canada and Mattel Canada accounts. Previously she was communications manager at Rogers New Media of Toronto. Jani Yates has been appointed executive vice-president at the Institute of Canadian Advertising. She will be responsible for membership relations and program management. Formerly Yates was business development vice-president at Bates Canada of Toronto. Mike Jaycock has been given the addition title of chief executive officer at Kelley Advertising of Toronto. He is also president and creative director at the agency. Brian Bolshin has joined Kelley as executive vice-president and chief operating officer. Most recently he was business development and strategic planning vice-president at Grey Canada. Lynn Ridley has been promoted from senior art director to associate creative director at Kelley.
