AULT TO CHURN SCHNEIDER CHEESE

Ault Foods of Toronto is buying the cheese business of the Schneider Corporation of Kitchener, Ont. The purchase includes the Winchester, Ont. process cheese and "cut and wrap" operations, and the Millbank, Ont. milk processing plant. Under the deal, Ault will be able to use Schneider trademarks for cheese products and Schneider will sell the cheese to deli counters across Canada. Advertising for Ault is done by Lowe/SMS of Toronto. MacLaren: McCann of Toronto handles advertising for Schneider.
