NIELSEN MIXES UP WTN FIGURES

A.C. Nielsen is sending out a corrected version of its National Audience Estimates Report for television audiences after a glitch which saw wrong numbers come out for the Winnipeg-based Women's Television Network. A coding error led to figures for a program airing 8-9 p.m. in Vancouver being given the 7-8 p.m. viewing figures. Nielsen says the effect was "minimal".
