OUTDOOR TV OFFERS SAMPLING PROGRAM

MediaGroup West of Vancouver has extended its LightVision medium by adding a sampling element to it. The LightVision board is located in the B.C. ferry terminal where individuals must wait for their ferry service. LightVision is an outdoor board that offers full-motion and sound through a private radio station at the ferry terminal. Under the sampling plan, a company can promote its product or service using LightVision, then they will air a ten-second spot telling ferry waiters to go to a certain area of the terminal to sample the product or service. Inventa Sales & Promotion of Vancouver will handle the sampling programs. LightVision was originally launched in 1997.
