DOUBLECLICK TEAMS UP WITH SHIFT

Toronto-based DoubleClick Canada Network has added another Web site to its portfolio. The company will now be the Internet advertising representative for Shift Online, a magazine focusing on the World Wide Web. The electronic magazine explores issues and topics that relate to the communication revolution brought on by the increasing popularity of the Internet. Last month, DoubleClick added Big Charts Canada to its stable. Other Web sites it represents includes: AltaVista Canada, Atlantic Canada Online, TVOntario, TSNSCOUT, romance.net and positionwatch.com. DoubleClick Canada is a subsidiary of DoubleClick Inc. of New York, which also has offices in London, Tokyo, Madrid, Milan, Sydney, Stockholm and throughout the U.S. DoubleClick plans to expand into additional European countries and in the Pacific Rim.
