BATES SPORTS NEW CREATIVE CHIEF

Toronto-based Bates Canada has a new creative head. Bill Martin has joined the agency as creative director. Most recently he was senior vice-president and associate creative director at Lowe/SMS of Toronto, working on such accounts as Braun, Coca-Cola Canada, Ault Dairies and Hertz Canada. Martin has also worked at Young & Rubicam of Toronto as vice-president and group creative director.
