DELL ENLISTS RAPP COLLINS COMMUNICAIDE

Dell Canada of Toronto recently handed the database marketing portion of its account to Rapp Collins Communicaide of Mississauga, Ont. The agency won the business without a review. It was already working for Dell, providing strategic counsel. "We chose RCC based on its proven track record in business-to-business marketing, the diversity of its services and because they truly understand our business," marketing communications manager Andrew Ross says in a release. The incumbent on the business was the Relationship Marketing Group. Dell sells its computer through direct marketing.
