Kathie Shearer has joined NT Media of Toronto as senior vice-president. Most recently she was sales and marketing vice-president at the CTV Television Network. Shelley Waterhouse and Suzanne Hampson have been promoted from account executives to senior account executives at Wunderman, Cato, Johnson of Toronto. Waterhouse works on the Royal Bank of Canada account while Hampson works on the Canadian Tire business. Robert Shwetz has been appointed Asia-Pacific regional account supervisor at Vickers & Benson Advertising of Toronto, working on the Canadian Tourism Commission account. Previously he was account director for Bates Worldwide in Saigon. Grace Carvalhana is now at V&B as account coordinator on the Canadian Tourism Commission business. Formerly she was administrative assistant at MaxxMedia, a subsidiary of V&B. Carvalhana has also worked at Campus Network as network coordinator. Amanda Wisenberg has joined the agency as account executive on the Asset Management Services portion of the Bank of Montreal business. Most recently she was account executive at Communiqué of Toronto. Erika Magim has moved up from account administrator to account coordinator on the McDonald's account.
